"I believe that for my business to be successful, every member of the team needs to have a passion for their job, care for our clients, be skilled and creative," Daniel says.
He has found those traits in abundance amongst his 3 crew, who consist of Karen Tan, Wang Jie and Loh Hin See.
Karen, who has been at Daniel's Frameshop for over a decade, looks after the retail aspect of the business and is the longest standing member of the team.
"If ever you've come into our shop, chances are you met Karen first," Daniel says, "she loves chatting to clients and her love for photography equips her to give great advice."
Wang and Loh, skilled craftsmen, are the hands behind creating exquisite frames and cabinets.
